Jeff and Dave of Short Creek Farm raise pigs and cows in Northwood, New Hampshire and process their own meat at a processing facility they built in Kennebunk, Maine.

Short Creek puts into practice an ethos of quality and care from start to finish for their animals, the land, and the products they create. They not only aim to create excellent products and a viable living from doing what they love, but they also strive to leave things better for the next generation and lift up fellow farmers.

Their processing facility processes their own animals as well as from other local farmers, offering a service that is sorely needed for our local and regional food system.
