This Strategic Plan serves as an actionable roadmap for positive change, streamlining our collective efforts to obtain funding, pass policies, develop programs, invest in infrastructure, and build networks to increase farm, fish, and food business viability and foster equity across our food system.

Kearsarge Food Hub is honored to have contributed to the authoring of this Strategic Plan alongside the expertise and guidance of hundreds of food system professionals.

We are so grateful to NH Food Alliance for stewarding this timely and important endeavor - it truly is an enormous accomplishment and pivotal milestone for our statewide food system.

This plan - and the entire process - aims to deliver ideas for change to the right people at the right time, driving positive impacts in our food system.
